The St. Lawrence
Glen Arden’s biggest in terms of square feet, the St. Lawrence is a dazzling apartment for senior living. Not only does it feature bright and spacious rooms and bedrooms, but it also offers a second room for overnight guests. Similar to the other apartment types, the St. Lawrence has a fully equipped kitchen with unique design features, granite counters and stainless appliances.
The Erie
The Erie is a smaller plan with one bedroom, a den and a full bath and a powder room, but still remains spacious and open. All of our apartments boast standard design features that in most communities would be considered upgrades. This floor plan, along with the others, has a balcony connected to a large living room providing scenic views outside Glen Arden. This floor plan is a popular mid-sized option, great for one or two people.
The Catskill
One of our smaller but still convenient options, the Catskill features one deluxe bedroom and a full bath. In addition, it offers an open, beautifully appointed floor plan.
