If a cardio-intensive sport isn’t your cup of tea, try bocce ball. It’s a great way to meet new people or get together with your group of friends while getting some fresh air.
Walking
Take a relaxing, beautiful walk on one of the scenic walking paths we have here at Glen Arden. We recommend getting out there in the morning or early evening to avoid peak, hot temperatures.
Indoor Pool
Rain or shine, the indoor heated pool is waiting for you! Swim a few laps to get your daily exercise in or join a water aerobics class.
Yoga
Yoga is a great way to clear your mind and get your blood pumping. This exercise is ideal for seniors because you can adjust positions as needed, and classes are offered right on-site.
